Residential Design

We have all your needs covered: from residential remodels, to custom designs and everything in between. Don't hesitate to ask us a question or inquire as to why a certain process has to take place. We are  knowledgeable because we know what it's like to be in your shoes. We want you to know just how special you and your project are to us, so we do our very best to ensure that you and your needs always come first. We will even come out to you! 

Remodel

Bought a new home and what to update it? We have experience with all forms of remodeling.  From an elevation face-lift or master bath redo to a completely gutting of the interior, we will help wherever we are needed.  

• Cost will be calculated in to an hourly rate base on the size and complexity of the project.

Design

Designing your new home should be an enjoyable experience. You can pick a plan from our portfolio, or we can design your new home from scratch.  We can help guide you to your dream home.  Please contact us to set up an appointment.

• Custom Design pricing is calculated at a price for square footage above ground, as well as a rate for lower level finished/future space.  An additional hour rate may apply for specific rework or detail requests. 
  
• The cost for purchasing an existing plan includes base fee plus an hourly rate for any requested changes.
  

Additions

Want to stay in your current home but need more room?  We will help make that dream a reality.  Additions can be complex and are not as easy as simply bumping out a wall to make a room larger.  Bearing walls and supporting the existing house need to be considered when planning your new space.
